Frequently asked questions.

How A2ZReach measures AI visibility, which engines it reads, what each plan includes, and how a fix reaches your site.

A2ZReach is GEO and SEO analytics software. It tracks how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews mention, cite or leave out your brand, explains why you were left out, and drafts fixes your team approves. Marketing teams, agencies and local businesses use it.

Your AI visibility score is the percentage of AI answers, to prompts that do not name your brand, in which your brand appears at least once. Appear in 45 of 100 answers and your score is 45%. Prompts that name your brand are left out, because an answer to them will almost always mention you. A2ZReach reports it per assistant and per topic, next to share of voice, citations and answer position, so a change on one assistant isn't averaged away by another.

A2ZReach tracks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. The free scan reads ChatGPT; on Starter and Growth you choose 3 of the 4 tracked assistants, and Enterprise tracks 5, including Claude. Results stay separate by assistant, so you can see where you're strong and where you're missing.

A2ZReach asks each engine your tracked prompts and saves the full answer with its citations and capture time. ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews are read in a browser, the way a person would; Perplexity, Gemini and Claude are read through their APIs. If a browser read fails, it falls back to the engine's API, or to a search-results provider for Google AI Overviews, and the answer records that it did. Your first report during setup reads ChatGPT and Perplexity through their APIs so it's ready in minutes. Answers vary by engine, location and time, so A2ZReach reads trends across repeated runs rather than any single answer.

An exclusion is a tracked prompt where an AI assistant named your competitors but not you. Your exclusion rate is the share of prompts where that happens. A2ZReach keeps each one with the competitors named, the sources the answer cited and the likely reason you were left out, so you can see what to fix.

GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, is the work of getting your brand named and cited in the answers AI assistants give. It isn't a new name for SEO; it's a layer on top of it. Crawlable pages and clear facts still matter, but the goal is to be the source an answer quotes, not only a link that ranks.

SEO earns a ranked link that someone clicks. GEO earns a mention or a citation inside an AI answer, which is often read without a click, so a brand left out of it never shows up in its analytics. Both depend on crawlable, well-structured pages with clear facts, which is why A2ZReach measures AI answers and SEO side by side.

The free A2ZReach scan runs 10 of your prompts once on ChatGPT, with no credit card. Your report shows your AI visibility score, your exclusion rate, how you compare with your competitors, and the first fixes to make. Daily tracking needs a paid plan.

A2ZReach setup runs in your browser, with nothing to install and no code to add to your site. You confirm your email, enter your website and country, review the drafted profile, competitors, topics and prompts, then pick a plan. Your first report is ready within 20 minutes.

A2ZReach has 4 plans. Free is $0, with no card (free for 14 days, then read-only). Starter is $99 a month, Growth $249, and Enterprise $499, each 20% less when billed annually. The pricing page lists everything each plan includes.

Yes. On Growth and above, one A2ZReach account holds several brands, each with its own topics, prompts, competitors and history: Growth 3 and Enterprise 10. Your clients can log in and see their results, and you can export the evidence behind any finding for a deck or a report.

No. A2ZReach's agents draft each fix, such as a content brief, schema markup or an outreach email, and nothing goes live until you approve it. On Growth and Enterprise, Autopilot can run routine action types without approving each one, and outreach always waits for a person.
