Integrations

A2ZReach checks AI answers on its own. Integrations add what only your own tools know: who visits your site, how you rank on Google, and where your agents can read, publish or post.

Where to Find Them

Open Settings › Integrations, or Integrations in the left rail, which goes to the same page. Integrations belong to a brand: if your workspace tracks several brands, connect each one separately. Search by name, or filter to data sources or agent tools. Connected integrations are listed first, then the ones you can add.

What You Can Connect

Data sources are read by A2ZReach or let it post for you:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console: your traffic and your Google search results
  • TikTok and X: connect your account so videos or posts can be published to it

Agent tools are what your agents use in other apps. Agents are in beta, so what each tool can do may change; the card in the app always lists its current tools.

  • Exa and Perplexity: web search and web-grounded research with citations
  • Google Sheets and Notion: add rows or notes for reports, trackers and approved content
  • LinkedIn and Slack: publish posts, or post updates, alerts and approval requests to a channel
  • Reddit: search threads, and reply or post
  • WordPress: publish approved articles to your site (below)
  • YouTube: search videos and read channel and comment data
  • Google Business Profile: read your listing and reviews, and publish local posts

Website is a built-in set of tools that act on your own site and content. There is nothing to connect.

Google Analytics

Sign in with Google and pick the property for your site. A2ZReach reads your website traffic: visits, where they came from, and engagement. It fills the Website visitors card on the SEO page.

Google Search Console

Sign in with Google and pick your site. A2ZReach reads clicks, impressions and the searches you rank for. It fills the Organic traffic card on the SEO page.

WordPress

When an agent step drafts an article for your site, approving that step creates the post on your WordPress site, as a draft unless the step says otherwise. Nothing is posted until you approve. To connect, enter:

  • Site address: your WordPress site, reachable over https
  • WordPress username: a user allowed to publish (Author, Editor or Administrator)
  • Application password: created in WordPress under Users › Profile › Application Passwords. It is not your login password, and you can revoke it there at any time.

Traffic Logs for Agent Analytics

To see which AI crawlers and assistants visit your site, send your traffic logs to Agent Analytics. Setup lives on the Agent Analytics page. Supported log sources are AWS CloudFront, Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai and Google Cloud CDN. See Agent Analytics for what it measures.

Manage or Disconnect

Connected integrations are listed at the top of the page. Choose Manage on an integration to disconnect it.
